My Healthy Weight Loss Program Journey

My Healthy Weight Loss Program Journey

I started to seek a healthy diet, fitness and to lose weight in my personal life in November of 2008. This journey became my healthy weight loss program. During that time I was driven to make changes in my life. I was focused on getting healthy and leading a healthy lifestyle. In response, I began first to change what I ate for health reasons. Hence the healthy diet. To achieve personal health I knew I needed to get in shape and lose weight. So my initial focus was on eating a healthy diet and losing weight. To that end, I initially lost 30 pounds from November through January. By April I lost another 10 pounds and have kept it off so far.

Though I am using myself as an example this really is not about me. I believe this is a natural progression I am going through and many people who have a life-changing revelation about their health may go this same route, especially if they are baby boomers and have reached the mid-life crisis point. So now my journey has taken a slight turn.

A Change of Focus.

So though I am highly focused on eating a healthy diet and shedding pounds ( I want to lose another 10 pounds and keep it off) my focus has changed because I see my body changing. At first, I was focused on getting the weight off and keeping it off. I look and feel so much better, even though I need a new wardrobe. But, now I want to build strength and tone my muscles so fitness has moved from the back seat to at least the front seat. I think the healthy diet is still driving my journey, but dropping weight has moved to the back seat driver position. This refocusing should be a natural part of everyone’s personal journey.

How Does This Effect My Personal Program?

Though we know the eating a healthy diet, exercising regularly, and taking phenq is the key to my healthy program; they are also key to reshaping and strengthening your body. So ultimately there is no real change. I am just more focused on my fitness. I other words I need to exercise every day to accomplish my fitness goals just like I eat healthy meals daily. My articles may reflect more fitness mixed into the healthy diet, losing weight, and general health and wellness.

God’s Word is in Control.

Ultimately, I am led by God, His Word, and His Will. I will continually trust in the Lord and follow His Word and prayerfully allow him to guide my steps to an abundant healthy lifestyle. For I know that man has his own plan but God’s Will always prevails.
